Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
Document development phases and monitor systems to ensure optimum performance.
Participate in all phases of the product development life cycle.
Write efficient code in a timely manner and within the scope of the project.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improves coding skills.
Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of any programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc.
Basic understanding of databases, networks, and operating systems.
Problem-solving ability with good analytical and logical thinking.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies.
Selection Process:

Step 1: EDL NQT (Aptitude Test): This typically includes verbal ability, numerical ability, reasoning ability, and coding sections.
Step 2: Technical Interviews: Questions based on core subjects, coding, projects, and problem-solving.
Step 3: HR Interviews: Assessing personality, fit for the role, and communication skills.

Compensation: Depends on the role, typically ranging from INR 3.5 to 6 LPA for freshers.
